Health information comes in many different 'sizes and shapes'. This information needs to be mixed and matched in many different ways across the enterprise.

For this reason we have collaborated with A-PDF to create a tool --- Health Information Aggregator (HIA)--- to support your needs for many aspects of information management and particularly your 'release of information' needs.

For a limited time, we have arranged with the generosity of A-PDF, to give away HIA at no cost to our friends practicing in the "solo / small doctor office" (which we are defining as three doctors or less). We will direct you to the download site for HIA, click on 'Get trial version'. When you download HIA, you will have a fully functioning copy, but it will have a 'watermark' present. We will mail to the above e-mail address an activation key that will remove this watermark. Please limit to one copy of HIA per doctor.
